At NIT Polytechnic, we value every individual in our care and it is our aim to provide the best possible environment in which our students can succeed. Empowerment of students for their all round development through education is our cherished motto. Today, education means much more than merely acquiring knowledge and skills, building character and improving employability of our young talents.
NIT Polytechnic is committed to develop young minds for creative leadership in diploma engineering and to play a proactive and useful role in social transformation. Today the need for being proactive and constructive is more acute than ever before because of the sweeping changes influencing every aspect of our life. Therefore, there is need for action based holistic training of youth to take on varied challenges of life.

Message from the Principal
NIT Polytechnic is a leading institute in the region and always in forefront for conducting various activities. Institute has promised for overall development, placement and inculcating the values of nationalism, humanitarian and ethics to our students. We are able to fulfil these promises with the help of enthusiastic, energetic team of faculties and everlasting support from our management at every step.
NIT Polytechnic starts the day with patriotic songs, national anthem and the prayer ‘itni shakti hame de na data’. Our staff and students participate with deep sense of nationalism in their hearts. It helps to generate and nurture positive energy everyday to excel in academics.
Excellent academic environment, one to one interaction with students, difficulty solving sessions, inspiring and homely environment are the regular attributes of the institute. We also conduct the psychological counselling sessions by renowned psychiatrists in the city for the up gradation of learning abilities of students and teaching abilities of teachers. Our students utterly depend on us. They do not think about private coaching, and this is our biggest strength.
Besides the MSBTE curriculum, we concentrate on development of Technical skills, Aptitude, Communication skills development. Social activities, co-curricular and extracurricular activities are our regular features. Rotract club and departmental forums help us to embark on such activities. As a result of this, employability of students has been augmented and we feel proud to have an excellent placements record of our students.
