Electronics And Telecommunication Engineering (EJ)

A telecommunication engineer is responsible for designing and overseeing the installation of telecommunications equipment, facilities and microwave transmission systems.

ELECTRONICS AND TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

The Electronics and Telecommunication Department of NIT polytechnic was established in 2009 and has well equipped laboratories with sophisticated equipments. The department has got a fleet of qualified and experienced faculty members to nurture students very carefully to excel as in curricular as well as in extracurricular activities.

The Department is running successfully with full intake of 60 students in Electronics and Telecommunication.

PROGRAMME EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOs)

Diploma Graduates of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Program shall
PEO 1. Provide socially responsible, environment friendly solutions to Electronics and Telecommunication engineering related broad-based problems adapting professional ethics.
PEO 2. Adopt state-of-the-art Electronics and Telecommunication engineering broad-based technologies to work in multi-disciplinary work environments.
PEO 3. Solve broad-based problems individually and as a team member communicating effectively in the world of work.
